How do I know if I've successfully placed my order?

On Line Orders: Once you have entered your order on line, a confirmation summary page will be displayed. PLEASE CONFIRM THE ACCURACY OF YOUR ENTRIES. When you click on “Submit”, your order will be complete and you will be redirected to a “Thank You” page. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail ( within 24 hours ) with your tracking information. Sales Man Marketing uses the PayPal system of order billing management.

Is ordering via the website secure?

Our online shopping is secure through Pay Pal. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.

How will my be order shipped?

Your order will be shipped by US Post office Priority Mail.

What are my S & H charges?

The shipping and handling charges, applicable taxes, and total purchase amount, will be posted for your review prior to submitting your order.

Can I ship a package to another address?

Yes, The ordering process calls for a ship to and a bill to address. Only one ship-to address can be indicated per order. For example, to send one package to your house and another package to someone else as a gift, you will have to place two orders, and both of these orders would have the same bill-to address.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, PayPal accomodates shipments to Canada.

How Do I Cancel an Order?

Your order usually leaves our warehouse on the day we receive it. If for some reason you need to cancel and order, send an email to info@SalesManMarketing.com and if the order is not shipped, we will cancel and send you a confirmation. Once an order is shipped, your canceled order can be returned for a refund to the same credit card, less the shipping and handling fees.

What is your return policy?

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

  • All merchandise returned must be in its original condition.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
  • If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return.
  • If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail in 2-3 weeks from the day we process your return.
  • If, for any reason you are not satisfied with Sales Cop you can return for a refund within 20 days of shipment.

To get the required return merchandise authorization number, send an e-mail to info@SalesManMarketing.com with your PayPal order number, shipping address, and reason for the return. The authorization number will be e-mailed back to you, along with shipping instructions.
